This pastel was painted by Harry T. Parkinson in 1969 and originally gifted to his sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Hugh Weckerly. After Hugh Weckerly’s passing, the artwork was returned to Nancy Parkinson Walton by Pat and Allen Weckerly during the settling of the estate on January 9, 2003.
